Petrology’s Welding & Technology and Operations Divisions are based in the Pipeline Development Centre in Old Kilpatrick, Glasgow. This bespoke facility was inaugurated in May 2006.

Home to over 30 qualified personnel comprising Professional Engineers, Inspectors, Technicians and Operations Specialists, Pipeline Development Centre is the hub of a high technology construction organisation that is welding and inspecting pipelines onshore and subsea to the most stringent technical specifications.
